This exotic, high-end three story luxury home situated in the utmost desired Piestewa Peak Mountains in Phoenix AZ, with spectacular light views of the city has 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms with flat screen TV's with Direct TV service , billiards, 3 bathroom's, walk in closets, laundry rooms, gorgeous gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, a majestic infinity pool and spa with a lounge and 2 large cabanas to enjoy the blue skies.

Our field services staff is able to reconfigure the furnishings and bedding in any bedroom to fit your group's specific and particular bed configuration needs. After you book, you will be directed to complete an online form which will enable you to set up the bedding to fit your group's custom specifications.

MAIN LEVEL:

The main level of the home is up one flight of stairs. The main level has all of the shared living spaces (kitchen, TV room, Billiards and Laundry rooms) as well as four (4) bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 on the main level includes a large flat screen TV and can be set up with one (1) King size bed or two extra-long twin beds and it has one en suite bathroom with a toilet, a sink, and a tub/shower combination.

Bedrooms #two and #three each have flat screen TV's and can be set up with 1 King-size bed each, or may be set up with two extra-long twin beds in each bedroom.

Bedroom # four on the main level has a flat screen TV and may be set up with either two (2) King-size beds or as many as four (4) extra-long twin beds.

The main level has a full bathroom (sink, toilet, and tub/shower combination) which is shared by the people sleeping on both the ground level and the main level. This bathroom is in the hallway at the top of the stairs on the main level.

UPPER LEVEL:

Includes one (1) bedroom #6with an ensuite bathroom (toilet, double sinks, and a large shower) and may be set up with either two (2) King beds or up to four (4) extra-long twin beds.

GROUND LEVEL:

The ground level includes a three-car garage and walking inside the home there is a large sleeping room #6 (with TV) which may be set up with either 1 King bed or three extra-long twin beds. ______________________________________________________________________________

House Rules

Please read the following House Rules and we ask that you do not book or request to book if you are not comfortable with any of the following house rules.

* All early arrivals and/or late departures must be authorized in advance and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning/maintenance schedules, and will incur a fee for the additonal number of hours of occupancy being purchased.

* Street address and email address need to be provided to receive all arrival instructions.

* Renter data form to include occupant and emergency contact information, and full acceptance of the landlord's Terms of Occupancy is required within three days of booking acceptance.

* All Renters must submit ID & credit card verification through secure online portal.

* Daily energy fee to heat the pool and spa $60

* All renters may clean the BBQ grill & refill the BBQ propane tank to avoid fees associated with BBQ usage. Otherwise, tank refill is $15, cleaning is $35.

* Additional terms and conditions apply. You will receive a copy of our terms and conditions via email which you can sign digitally. This is not an executed contract until you sign a copy of the terms and conditions.

* Quiet hours after 9 p.m. are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

* Standard rates include up to 10 people 5 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 10 will incur an additional occupancy charge of $30 per person, per night.

* Minimum age to rent is 30
