Walking holidays! : 2 'from the Grande Plage de St Jean de Luz and Rue Gambetta, this 57m2 apartment, completely redecorated, with 17m2 terrace is located on the ground floor of a small Basque building on rue Vauban (parallel Boulevard Thiers near the Grand Hotel ). Everything is easy to access, no need to have a car.

It is made up of the following parts:

- TV lounge with sofa bed (160),
- Dining room facing the fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher) overlooking the terrace,
- Living room with sofa bed (160cm)
- Bathroom,
- Bedroom with bed (160) and dressing room,
- Terrace with deckchairs and table for 6 / 8pers.

Beds are made upon arrival.

The little extras:

WiFi, small vintage desk, Freebox connected TV, Nespresso machine, and space to bring your beach games or surfboards.
