The location of the property was excellent. Close to shops and cute family run restaurants. The apartment was nice and cozy either two patios as well as separate dining room and media room. Plenty of room with lots of light and windows.
Wow!!! This is a beautiful, well-appointed apartment in the best area on a beautiful street close to everything. Aside from the charming architecture and great street, what really impressed us was the thoughtfulness of the apartment. There were cooking supplies and basic spices, there were extra blankets, there were cushions for the patio chairs, there were remote controlled blinds for the skylights so our baby could nap in a dark room. We felt like cherished guests. We loved the two patios—what a view!! Everything was wonderful! Thank you!
If one wants to use the kitchen, one must buy salt/pepper, olive oil and any basics necessary. The bed is hard and the pillows are also hard. The shower does have warm water but not as warm as I would like. It does not get hot.Otherwise, it is a nice, bright and comfortable apartment.I like being met in person to get into an apartment instead of the extensive complicated version of check in.

Ciao Patti, we are truly amazed by this review because during your stay you never wrote about what you bring out now. I want to answer you point by point:
1) In the kitchen we leave salt, sugar, coffee and oil. They're in the tall, narrow cabinet that sits under the Nespresso coffee machine. Maybe you haven't found them?
2) No one has ever complained about the mattress which is new but if you had told us we would have brought you a topper and told you where you could find other softer pillows in the house.
3) A new boiler has been installed and a bathroom heater added to ensure more hot water, if you had told us we would have sent the technician to check and fix it!
4) We manage 40 facilities in Rome's historic center, and since Covid, to protect guests' health, we have eliminated in-person chekcins and organized home automation access. As you could see we give the maximum support on the booking chat and if we are asked we arrange the staff for in-person checkin.
We are very sorry because we are professional hosts and our first interest is to give the best for an amazing Roman holidays to all our guests. What you mention would have been quick to resolve if you had allowed us to intervene. For the next times you book a holiday home it's much more appropriate to report requests/observations before and during your stay rather than penalize in review, which is very incorrect for hosts who work with passion and professionalism like us.
We had a wonderful stay in Rome at this lovely property. It is as charming as it is in the photos. The bathroom is modern and the kitchen is quite functional with a coffee maker and an espresso maker that takes pods. There are two lovely, private roof top patios — with umbrellas — so that you can enjoy sun (or shade) at any time of the day. There is elevator service to this penthouse unit. The unit feels removed from the bustle of Rome, but is also very convenient. We walked to many of the sites. Equally important, we felt safe at all times. Riccardo is a terrific host who gives clear instructions and is available to address any concerns or questions. The unit was spotless when we arrives with nice linens and toiletries. My only caution is that there is a bit of a steep step to get into the primary bedroom and also into the living room. This won’t be an issue at all unless you have significant issues with your knees. We look forward to retuning! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

It is a pleasure to know that, even on the third visit, the apartment and the area continue to conquer you. The area is truly ideal for experiencing Rome on foot, and I'm glad you enjoyed both the cafes and the outdoor spaces.
I sincerely hope to welcome you back very soon!
Thank you very much Nicola!
A new location for us in Rome and the apartment was perfect for scouting! Easy shopping, restaurants and taxis.Nice bathroom and patio was a plus! We don't cook on vacation so having a small kitchen was fine. Elevator and washing machine worked great!
Perfect location in Rome near major sites and restaurants - walkable through classic charming streets. The home is even better than described. Two great terraces with seating, very clean and well outfitted.
Very centrally located. 10 minute walk to St Peter’s square in one direction and Pantheon in the opposite direction.Nice quiet street with shops and restaurants. Easy to get into the facility with the app. Our Roman Holiday agent was excellent!! Very responsive to any questions we had. Apartment was very clean and the balconies were great for relaxing after walking all day. Small elevator in building took you to the 3rd floor. One flight of stars to 4th floor apt.
We had a wonderful stay - beautiful place, great location, and responsive host. Riccardo was terrific. Thanks for making our time in Rome extra special! Grazie mille!

Great location!! Easy access to absolutely everything! Riccardo booked our transport from the airport where we could store our luggage before check in. We got great recommendations and also booked out transport to the cruise terminal.Place was clean and comfortable with easy access.
We loved the location of this apartment! The layout is unique and the two balconies are very nice and create great cross ventilation keeping things cool. Good water pressure in the shower and beds are comfy. We walked to everything. Would stay here again!
This apartment is wonderful, full of character and very comfortable. The two terraces are fantastic places to sit and have breakfast or coffee. I have stayed here once before and really hope to return one day.
We loved our stay - everything was clean and comfortable, good location, decks for enjoying the cool of the morning or evening. Riccardo was very responsive and easy to communicate with. A/C and elevator were nice to have.
This apartment was in the perfect spot for us. Walkable to the Vatican, Trevi, and Trastavere and Prati neighborhoods. It had several great spots to eat around it and although right in the mix, it did not feel too busy right around the apartment. Inside it was really neat and the two balcony/patios were great. We would definitely stay here again.
