Christmas in Disney

This property was just ok. The cleanliness could have been much better, there was caked on dirt in several places, the ceiling by the kitchen leaked for 2 days straight, and there was mold in two of the bathrooms. Both of these issues were not adequately addressed after reaching out to the host. The description should not read sanitized, it was lightly cleaned at best. However the location was close to Disney, right behind target and plenty of restaurants. The community of storey lake was very nice. However I would not book this house again.

Family Vacation

Check in process was awful. We were not told that we had to stop at a different location to get a parking pass. Once we got the pass we still couldn’t get in. Just to find out later that we could through the front gate without it since the gate was broken. Once we got to the house there were a couple of things broken. Had yo call someone to come out and fix it. Worse of all, the rooms the kids were going to sleep in had bed bugs/ticks. We would never go back. We were hoping for a relaxing weekend before catching our cruise. When we reached out to the property manager we got the run around. I don’t think we will be booking through them again.

Great Vacation Home

We rented this house with three other families with kids ranging from 5 to 17, and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed!
