Semi individual chalet for 5 to 7 people (42 m2, space under slope not included)
Located 200 m from the ski slopes (alpine), next to the leisure center and the start of the Nordic ski slopes (20 m). Very well exposed (crossing east & southwest) (deckchairs available).
The chalet has a view of the surrounding mountains and the ski slopes. It is very bright.
You can let your children play outside in peace. The leisure center and children's games are a few steps away.
Access to the residence's collective spaces (heated swimming pool and sauna) is included in the rental.
Description of the accommodation:
On the ground floor
- Fully equipped kitchen (with fridge and freezer compartment, ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue appliance).
- Living room opening onto the terrace with a 2-person sofa bed (160 cm), Dining table with 8 chairs.
- Bathroom with bath, separate WC.
On the 1st floor two bedrooms, one with balcony
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (2 X 80 cm adjustable into a 160 cm double bed) and a third 90 cm bed with storage under the bed.
- Storage in each bedroom (shelves and wardrobe)
- A ski room
On-site services: Free WiFi, Duvets provided (3 double and 3 single duvets and blankets are provided as well as 10 pillows) The tourist tax is to be paid on site. Cleaning services, rental of bed linen and towels can be booked at an additional cost, payable locally.
Nearby services: leisure center (in summer: tree climbing, basketball court, mini-golf and rollerblading). Winter: Alpine skiing, ski touring, Nordic skiing, biathlon, snowshoeing….
