L'appartement est bien, la terrasse est à refaire ( un peu vieilli). Il manque certaine chose

La terrasse est entièrement à refaire, elle ne correspond plus, à la photo en ligne. Certains Objet sont manquant, balayette, eponge, passoire etc.. Le linge de toilette n'est pas fourni. Le lit n'est pas fait à l'arrivé

Bonjour Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire Je me permet tout de même de répondre pour vous apporter quelques éclaircissement. La terrasse est une terrasse en bois qui effectivement comme tout bois vieiloi et qui est saturé avec un saturateur tous les 2 ans . Car si j avais a la change chaque année ça serait compliqué. Pour les éponge et balayette elle ne sont pas fournies car en période de covid nous ne devons pas laisser d élément de contact C est pour fa que nous avons enlevé la balayette et les éponges elles ne sont jamais fournie C est un produit d hygiène. Les lits ne sont plus faits à l arrivée car la aussi en période de covid. certaines personnes préfères amener leurs draps donc ils sont donnés à l arrivé mais ne sont plus mis en place tant que durera cette crise sanitaire. Nous veillons à satisfaire au mieux les ersones que nous recevons mais nous avons aussi des normes à respecter notamment en cette période particulière. Cordialement Mr Coll
