Felicia was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. There was more than enough room for everyone, including three members working remotely throughout our stay. Off of a quiet street with beautiful views of the mountains. We'd definitely stay again!
We loved staying here for the month that we did, and we didn't want to leave. Felicia and Tim are phenomenal hosts, and the property is excellent. Great views, and great location as well. Everything was clean and accommodating. Best place we've stayed without a doubt.
Wonderful property and located in a perfect spot for our travel needs. If steps are an issue all bedrooms are upstairs or downstairs. But it is clean and wonderful.
Stayed several nights for a hockey tournament. House is lovely, has rustic cabin feel to it, just gone through some upgrades. Location feels countryside but 5-10 min from all stores. Beds are great. Owner communicated clearly about delay in readiness due to unforeseen circumstance that they were addressing.
This is a great property to get a taste of Alaskan living. The house is secluded and private yet a short trip to all the stores/restaurants.
The beds were super comfortable. The hosts have added everything you could want from coffee to toiletries. Kids enjoyed the board games.
We were greeted by a family of adorable rabbits.
Home was clean and had everything you need and then some. Appreciated the kitchen staples. The coffee, salt, pepper, oils…. It’s nice to have those available. The bad thing was the king bed in the basement is extremely soft. I sunk so deep into it my husband thought I had gotten up because the bed looked flat. I know others commented on how comfortable the beds were. Just want people to know that if you like firm beds this is not it. That being said we would definitely stay there again.
This is a good value and the owners are working to make it a nice place to stay. The beds are comfortable and the home is equipped to meet the vacationers needs. There is no upstairs bathroom and the stairs are very steep. The water turns white clothes grey. The outside of the home is not well maintained. Overall a nice stay.
We fell in love with Wasilla and the ease of getting anywhere from the house. It was still an easy drive to Anchorage to check out top attractions and look for moose. This home is a short ride to several lovely trails and lakes and is on a quiet dead end street.
Host was easy to reach with quick response when I reached out. The kitchen is well equipped, they have games on hand, and a lovely gas fireplace.
I would just be aware there are several steep stairs, I was traveling with my husband’s aunt and my parents and would have made other arrangements had I been aware so just sharing with others.
Tim and Felicia were very helpful to my family during our stay in Alaska! They got back to us quickly with any questions we had. This listing is exactly as shown. Cute little place to stay if you are coming to town :)
Abby's was perfect for our family of 6! Great location if you want access to the Parks Highway or Palmer. We loved the ability to have a fire! Everyone agreed that they'd stay again! Tim and Felicia were friendly, helpful, and attentive! Pictures of things that were conveniently located!
The house was very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Wasilla. We had to call the owners the first day due to some questions about the door lock and they answered right away and were able to help. Bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Loved seeing the horses and cows next store.
We were blown away by the property. Great rustic feel with a view. Absolutely quiet, and gorgeous. Sat at the fire pit every night enjoying the view. The beds exceeded expectations. So comfortable and allowed for a great sleep. We will definitely book again if the convention is nearby next time. Great communication with the property personnel as well. Thank you
Our group of 5 did a sewing weekend here. The owner was very responsive. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking. We had a great time and would come again!

Pictures are beautiful. Looks similar but an older style. Stairs can be a bite slippery but we were made aware of this at check in. Host contacted frequently to mske sure we were ok and didnt need anything.
We thought the property was clean, comfortable and close to our events. Would choose it again for sure.

Quiet location
Pros: This unit was spacious and the location country yet close to Wasilla. The main king bedroom was in the basement, which was very quiet and dark. Laundry detergent was provided. There were numerous condiments and spices available. There was good communication with the property owner.
Cons: The front steps have a slant to them and are dangerous and slippery. There was a live trap in the side yard which trapped a rabbit, was taken away, and returned. More attention could be given to cleaning: the range was grease covered and there were bread crumbs behind and underneath the toaster.
Overall, it was a good home base to explore the area. A solid 3 star.
This place is amazing! The owners are so on top of things! If you have any questions, or need anything at all, they respond so quickly! I would definitely stay here again!

So many safety issues
Approaching the door to the house, we noticed the BBQ grill was full of cobwebs. When we opened the lid, the inside was filthy.
Upon opening the door to enter, there are very steep stairs to the basement to the side of the entry. There is barely enough room to walk inside without fear of falling down those stairs.
There are two steps up to the living room which are in poor light. The owners put some red tape on the edges which is very hard to see. Coming down those two steps always gave me pause.
The house sleeps six, but there is only one couch and two recliners in the living room - not enough room for our party of six to gather and converse.
Two bedrooms are upstairs, but the bathroom is on the main floor off the living room. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep and the treads are very narrow - definitely not to code. We had to leave lights on at night in the stairway and in the living room so that we wouldn't break our necks coming down to go to the bathroom. There is a sign that strongly urges people to use the handrail while on the stairs, but the two handrails were poorly attached to the walls.
We stayed two nights, and were provided with one outdoor garbage can which filled on the second day. As it was our last day in Alaska, we had extra food that needed to be disposed of, but no place to dispose it, so we ended up leaving unopened drink items in the fridge. Hopefully someone was able to enjoy them.
