An artist's house full of charm and comfortable overlooking an enclosed garden with shaded terrace. Two large bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. On the ground floor, bathroom, large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioned veranda (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, parking in front of the house). The house is very close to the tram to visit the city. (2 min). She is guarded by a very nice cat, Boston, who will come to purr near you if you agree to feed him morning and evening (Food provided).
