About this property
A secret garden in the heart of Dijon, 10 minutes from the Burgundy countryside
An artist's house full of charm and comfortable overlooking an enclosed garden with shaded terrace. Two large bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. On the ground floor, bathroom, large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioned veranda (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, parking in front of the house). The house is very close to the tram to visit the city. (2 min). She is guarded by a very nice cat, Boston, who will come to purr near you if you agree to feed him morning and evening (Food provided). For the rest, he enters and leaves through the cat flap and manages on his own.
