Enjoy Sunny Arizona at this spacious and nicely furnished single level home, 3 bedroom plus a den, 2 bath 1660 square foot home. This home is perfect for your winter or summer get away or short term need for housing in Pinal County. Features include all appliances, tile flooring in Kitchen, dining and living room and wood look vinyl in all bedrooms. The living room has a TV plus on electric fireplace for ambiance, and sofa and chairs all have recliners. The master bedroom is very spacious with a King size bed, dresser 2 nightstands, wall mounted 40" TV and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with pull out drawers and night stand. Third bedroom has twin beds.
Comfortable for small family. The den has a desk for your laptop plus comfy chairs for conversation. Community pool is heated March through December. Spa is heated year around. Backyard is secluded with brick pavers and BBQ plus table and chairs to enjoy the gorgeous weather. Dave White Golf Course is nearby. Whether you're in Casa Grande for vacation or for work, this home is perfect. Sub-division is off from high traffic areas, so quite seclusion

Home is lovely and spacious, just needed basic supplies to be stocked (garbage bags, toilet paper) and some TLC/elbow grease as floors walls and blinds are too “lived in”. Very well priced. Beautiful house, fully stocked with everyrhing you could possibly need. Close to all stores, restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood, great community pool that we pretty much had to ourselves all the time. Very friendly and very fast responding from hosts. Would recommend to everyone.

Wonderful place and location

This house is amazing. Everything about is was as described. It was very clean and well maintained. The communication between the owners and I was quick. They let me know right away there was a problem with the front door but I had no issues at all going through the garage. The kitchen had plenty of accommodations. I would stay here in a heartbeat. The only thing that I would have changed is the master bathroom shower could have been a little cleaner around the base with some caulking.

Cases Grande graduation visit

The house was spacious and pretty well equipped with linens, appliances, cleaning supplies etc. Nice quiet neighborhood and located fairly close to the community pool. This property would work well for a family with three kids. Fenced in back yard. The only issues we had was the grill was dirty and my husband had to do a lot of scrapping and cleaning before he could use it. We had issues with the TV/streaming. We kept losing connection. An instructional sheet explaining the WI-Fi and TV set up would have been helpful. Other than those easily remedied two issues, we would recommend this property.

Home away home

We rented this house in Casa Grande for 6 weeks which was in an excellent location. The house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a large office/den. There were great TV's throughout the house and convenient access to a lovely swimming pool. The hosts were very attentive when needed. This house is also located close to shopping and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Sandy is a Realtor and property manager. Roger is in sales and we spend many weekends improving and updating our homes. Both our children have followed our lead and have invested in rental homes.

Why they chose this property

This home is nicely furnished with all the extras. Shaded covered patio in back with BBQ grill and room for dining and relaxing. Community pool is heated March- December and just a half block away. There's also a heated spa. It's on a quiet street with well kept yards and friendly folks. Casa Grande is a bedroom community, positioned between Tucson and Phoenix with many restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and "cheap" gas..
