This is a timeshare property. I will charge a cleaning fee if you don't comply with the few easy requests to remove sheets and put towels in the bathtub and take out the garbage and lastly run the dishwasher prior to leaving.

Why they chose this property

Located only 20 minutes from the heart of Myrtle Beach, shopping centers, etc,. but is quieter and less congested. Is located on US Highway 17 in Surfside Beach. Golf courses nearby. Great pool with plenty of lounge chairs and has a snack bar. Property provides free shuttle to the beach and shopping centers. Beach is only 2 miles from the property. Grocery store nearby. Have owned and been here for 19 years. Well kept property.
