You'll fall in love with this spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house sleeps 9 people in beds with an additional 2 people on a pull out sofa bed. There is a bedroom (queen bed) w/TV and full bathroom located on the main level. Brand new backyard hot tub! (**See notes below) Safety is always our top priority. The back door has a high child-proof lock, and the hot tub has child-safe latches on the cover to help keep your little ones safe. (Hot tub can be drained if you don't want standing water for little children)

The remodeled fully equipped kitchen opens onto the entertaining living room, setting the tone for many memorable evenings. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day. 

But the best is yet to come, climb up to the upper floor and lose track of time in the movie room or relax in comfortable bedrooms. Feel free to step outside on the private backyard ideal for children to run around and play while you prepare delicious BBQ for the entire family. 

The house is stocked with great entertainment options for your family including a movie theatre room for epic movie night, air hockey table, foosball table, and board games as well as great outdoor options including a private backyard with grass, hot tub, corn hole, jumbo connect four, fire pit, relaxing swing, bbq grill and patio furniture and cafe lights.

Besides the ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom, there are two additional full bathrooms in the house, one per floor. All three are stocked with premium towels and essential toiletries, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.  All showers have large shower heads and high pressure.

Other amenities included in your stay are access to multiple streaming services, new full size washer and dryer, high speed internet access(Wi-Fi), baby equipment and gates, community swimming pool (open during summer only), tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and multiple large community parks.

The house is clean and well maintained. It's also a lot of fun and our guests are very happy with their stays.

**HOT TUB - Additional heating fees may apply, contact host for rates. Please note the hot tub will be unavailable during hot summer time weather, approximately May-Sept. If you would like the hot tub please inquire with the host if it will be available during your stay.

In order to keep this house at it's best please follow these simple house rules. If you are willing to follow these rules then awesome I would be so happy to host you! If you feel these rules are too restrictive for your group, this is not a good fit for you.
