Comfortable & great location!

We came in for a baseball tournament two different weekends and stayed here both times. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the location was perfect. We were only 7 minutes away so we came back to the house between games for some air conditioning and lunch. The neighborhood is also very quiet and next to a greenway trail for our runner.

Wonderful stay!

Worked perfectly for a family trip to Huntsville. Nice neighborhood, loves the fenced in back yard, and the location for getting around to see everything the area has to offer.

We loved our visit to Huntsville. This house was perfect for our family of 5. Wonderful amenities and great location to access everything we wanted to see. Owner was great at answering our questions. We loved having the trail and park within walking distance. Would definitely go back again.

Amazing hosts

The property was very clean and nice. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pups and had a deck with furniture that was very comfortable. A short walk through the neighborhood takes you to the nature walk that is great for walking the dogs. Kitchen has enough pots and pans and dishes to use. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property.

Very Nice House

The house was recently renovated and up to date. Everything was very clean. The extra blankets and pillows in the closets were a nice touch. The internet was good for my remote work needs while traveling. Having a good washer/dryer was very helpful so that we could head home with clean clothes. The air conditioning worked very well and there was plenty of hot water.

Great Getaway

Great place for a family to hang out while visiting Huntsville area. Home was welcoming with some snacks, water, and coffee. Had plenty of hot water for four showers. HVAC kept us comfortable even in 100+ degree days. Laundry worked well too. No complaints! Host answered questions, even random ones, promptly! Thanks so much.

Stayed for sports competition

I booked the house for a multi day sports competition my teenager was participating in. We appreciated the convenience of the house and an accommodation for a late check out due to the schedule on the last day! House was clean and simple and kitchen was furnished as advertised. The weather didn’t cooperate to enjoy the back deck or the nearby greenway trail, which is certainly a nice amenity for this property.

Convenient Location for Exploring the Area

My husband and I are considering moving to the Huntsville area and rented this house so that we could explore the area. It is very conveniently located to many attractions, businesses and restaurants. We were especially pleased that there is a park with hiking/biking trails and a dog park only one mile away! Our dog enjoyed the daily walks there. The house was very clean and the kitchen very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating, and responded quickly to questions. This house has been recently renovated/updated and is cute and comfortable. It is, however, located in an older neighborhood and not all houses have been taken care of as well as this one. That being said, we never had any issues during our stay - the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would stay there again.

The home is in a quaint area. Very quiet. All the accommodations at the house were as expected. It was very clean. We were able to sit around in the living room and relax, after sitting all day at sports events at the University. It was close to the University which was a big plus. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a concert at the Orion and it was the perfect location! A quiet area with plenty to do nearby. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog, and we loved walking in the neighborhood.

This was a great location for our stay for a swim meet and having our 2 dogs with us. It’s 15 minutes to everything. The back yard was a good size for the dogs and the Indian creek greenway was right around the corner. It offered great swim spots for the dogs to cool off and a paved shaded 4 mile walk. The garage was a nice bonus to store our bikes, luggage, and coolers.The neighborhood was older, but very quiet! We stayed 6 nights. Did some mountain biking and hiking at Monte Sano State park and loved it! Also took the dogs to the doggies splash pool, that was a must! The dogs had so much fun!!!

Masters National Track and Field Championships

The house was as advertised. The bedrooms were good size and the living room/dining room were comfortable. Having the garage was a bonus, and laundry in the garage worked out well. Nice coffee maker set up and we cooked and found the necessary supplies. It was a nice surprise to have the ice maker in the freezer as we were outside everyday so packing a cooler with the ice was fantastic. The house was conveniently located and we would definitely stay there next time in Huntsville
