Plage et piscine TOP, logement NUL

Appartement mal entretenu, l’électroménager a besoin d’être remplacé. Situé au rdc., route très passante et bruyante. Ménage soit disant fait par prestataire, lamentable, l’appartement n’était pas propre !! Par rapport au prix demandé ça fait cher la proximité plage et accès à la piscine !!!!
