The house is located in a small quiet street in Locmariaquer, close to shops and its typical port.
The first beach is 100 meters away. Numerous cycle paths allow easy access to other beaches. For hiking enthusiasts, the coastal path passes 50 meters.
This very recent house offers on the ground floor a large bright living room, its large picture window opening two-thirds onto a small sheltered terrace, very sunny, furnished with comfortable garden furniture. An electric barbecue is available.
Comfortable and practical, this large room includes a cozy sitting area with TV and wifi, a functional open kitchen and a dining area. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this level.
Upstairs, a rest area consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and one bedroom with 2 90 cm beds), with well-designed storage space, a WC with sink.

Pour des vacances sans voiture

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au calme d’une toute petite rue. La location est très bien située pour profiter des commerces et du marché à pied. Les vélos sont à l’abris dans la petite cour fermée par un grand portail à clé et permettent de rejoindre tranquillement les plages…

Le golfe authentique

Très agréable location. Très bien située, fonctionnelle permettant de découvrir la région environnante. De nombreuses pistes cyclables permettent de laisser la voiture et d'accéder à de belles plages

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 4 jours en famille. Nous avons pu découvrir Locmariaquer. Le logement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. L'accueil et le départ se sont très bien passés.
