Bellissimo appartamento vicino al centro di Madonna di Campiglio e comodo alla stazione Carlo Magno !! L’appartamento è tenuto benissimo, c’è tutto quello che vi serve !! Comoda la stanza dei bambini, due bagni (utilissimo), cucina super attrezzata, salottino con divano reclinabile che è una goduria dopo una giornata in pista ! Parcheggio davanti al residence, deposito sci, self check in… tutti valori aggiunti ! Oltre alla cortesia e alla disponibilità del proprietario Michele ! Consiglio questo appartamento per posizione e servizi !

Per cinque ospiti assolutamente da evitare

Nella prenotazione abbiamo chiarito che eravamo in tre adulti, due ragazzi, undici e tredici anni, e un cane. Per le vie brevi , il locatario ha garantito che la sistemazione era confacente alle richieste e che, oltre a due camere da letto, con due letti ciascuna, vi era la possibilità di un quinto letto nel soggiorno, su un divano letto, che doveva essere occupato da persona di peso non superiore a sessanta chili. In realtà, il divano letto era completamente deteriorato, neppure nostro figlio di 40 kg ha potuto dormire, poiché sia il materasso che la rete erano inservibili. Alla nostra richiesta di soluzione, il locatario, rispondendo che nessuno degli ospiti precedenti si era lamentato, se n'è elegantemente lavato le mani e ci siamo arrangiati con un materassino da campeggio . Non ci ha assistito neppure nell'indirizzarci verso un negozio in zona che potesse fare al caso nostro.. La casa è comunque molto piccola, la fruizione anche in quattro persone sarebbe difficoltosa, si trova nel sottotetto ed è scomodo portar su a mano le valigie.

Skibus direkt vor der Tür, nicht weit zum Stadtzentrum. Im Appartement haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns alles gut erklärt.

Super verblijf voor een perfecte ski-vakantie

Perfecte en mooie rustige gezellige plek op de 3e verdieping van een flatgebouw met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei vanaf een 'patio' buiten de voordeur. Lekker daar nog in de zon gezeten. Ideaal dat de skibus voor de deur stopt. Het was een geweldige skivakantie. In de avond is het ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Madonna di Campiglio. Prachtig ingericht met alles wat men nodig zou kunnen hebben, zeer comfortabel tweepersoonsbed en stapelbed, douche plus een bad en een 2e apart toilet. Winkels zijn aanwezig op ongeveer 5 min loopafstand. Michele was een briljante gastheer, nam contact met me op voordat ik arriveerde. Ook een perfecte parkeerplaats voor het appartement. Beveel deze plek ten zeerste aan.

Lovely place great host and hospitality

Lovely quiet cosy spot on the 3rd floor of an apartment block with great views across the valley from a 'patio' area outside the front door and about a 15 minute stroll from Spinale lift. Beautifully furnished with everything one could need, very comfortable double bed and bunk bed, shower plus a bath and a 2nd seperate toilet, very useful when getting ready. Michele was a brilliant host, contacted me in the UK before I left on my mobile to ensure I had all the details, his colleague was waiting for us when we arrived and when he learned we had 2 cars with a permit for only one he phoned to explain what to do to ensure we did not get any surprise fines. Highly recommend this place. VCG

Appartamento perfetto, pulitissimo, dotato di ogni comfort e pieno di charme, vicino al centro, pur trovandosi circondato dal verde ed in posizione tranquilla. Prossimo agli impianti di risalita ed ai sentieri più spettacolari dal punto di vista naturalistico. Il proprietario è estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile. Si spera di poter ritornare!

Ottima sistemazione per una vacanza rilassante

L'immobile corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, al terzo ed ultimo piano di un complesso comodo al centro ma nel contempo adiacente ad una zona boschiva con tanto verde (abbiamo osservato il rincorrersi dei caprioli stando comodamente in terrazza). L'immobile era perfettamente in ordine e pulito alla perfezione. Il proprietario, pur vivendo lontano, è reperibile via e:mail e whatsapp, inoltre i custodi sono disponibili ed estremamente gentili, abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere i genitori del Sig. Massimo che soggiornavano nell'appartamento al piano sottotostante, anch' essi molto gentili. Consiglio questo immobile anche per la vicinananza ai vari impianti di risalita ed alle passeggiate che si possono raggiungere senza l'uso dell'auto. A poche centinaia di metri c'e' un supermercato e pochi passi si trova il Ristorante -Pizzeria / Piccadilly con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Abbiamo trascorso in quest'alloggio 4 notti. Che dire...la casa è molto accogliente ed ha una posizione molto comoda visto che dista 5 minuti a piedi dalla funivia dello Spinale. Consiglio l'immobile, posto delizioso. Ci tornerò!!!!

Bellissima e divertente vacanza in questo ottimo appartamento. Dotato di tutti i confort, arredato e rifinito con gusto in una posizione tranquilla vicino ai sentieri, agli impianti di risalita e a pochi passi dal centro. Entri in mansarda e ti sembra di essere a casa tua! Ambiente spazioso e veramente pulito con 2 bagni a disposizione per 4 persone....una piccola tana di montagna! Che dire poi dei proprietari di casa... persone cordiali e disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza ed informazione. Ottima cosa la connessione internet gratuita per reperire informazioni rapide! Grazie di tutto ci rivediamo presto! p.s. per avere le 5 stelle suggeriamo ai proprietari di ottimizzare la funzionalità del bagno grande installando un box doccia rigido al posto della tenda ed aumentare la forza di erogazione dell'acqua del bidet.

I will not be present for most of time as I live in a city which is 2-hour driving distant. Nonetheless, you can often find me as I spend most of winter WEs in another flat downstairs.
