Clean, Cozy, Coastal Cottage with new quartz countertops and cabinets in bathrooms and kitchen! Seasonal stays with 30-day minimum, and off-season stays, 7-day minimum. Longer term stays of 3-6 months during off-season possible. International or domestic home swaps encouraged for cultural enrichment. Email Owner-Host with info about yourself, and to determine availability.

Gently rolling hills and stunning morning sunrises await you from the comfort of this clean, modern, cozy, coastal cottage located on the 1st hole of the Flamingo Golf Course. Conveniently located just 5 minutes' walk to the popular Flamingo Clubhouse and Sam Snead's Tavern with exceptional five-star dining!
You'll love the small enclave of homes in charming Falcons Glen, Lely Resort, with friendly, considerate neighbors, and just minutes to the beach, restaurants, and shopping!
Take a dip in the heated private pool, enjoy an evening under the stars in the hot tub on the large private lanai. Entertain at the outdoor undercover bar or enjoy breakfast poolside.
The galley kitchen includes a spacious island counter, and the dining room gathering table seats 8-12 guests--- perfect for a party with friends and family.
Espresso maker, Keurig maker, and combined single cup-large carafe coffee maker are ready to help you start your day in paradise, and every convenience has been provided to make your home stay comfortable and worry-free!
The large master bedroom and luxurious master bath include a soaking tub, and spacious indoor shower, and both bathrooms are stocked with soaps, shampoos, and other necessaries ... and super soft, fluffy cotton towels. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen high-def television, and hundreds of channels to choose from.

Beautiful, tidy, calm, and peaceful, gorgeous views the golf course, great year round neighbors, no cut-through traffic, close to Sam Snead's Tavern, and so many wonderful amenities, beaches, shopping, and more, plus a lovely community resort-style pool and spa. My family and I have called this community home for over 20 years, and love this little slice of paradise! We love home exchange and barter stays to encourage cultural exchange.
