The space
New to the vacation rental market, this Mark Julien custom home built in 2014 boasts spacious accommodations comfortably for up to 10 guests. Master bedroom retreat with his/her walk-in closets, spacious guest bedroom, game room, well-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, laundry room, powder room and family room are all located downstairs. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located upstairs on either side of the loft area. Multiple flatscreen TV's and Sonos Sound System throughout the house and in outdoor living space. Spacious backyard oasis w/ high end outdoor furniture, fire pit, lap size pool and plenty of space for relaxation. A 2-car garage available to guests for secure parking and a charging station for electric vehicles. The house is armed with outdoor security cameras and an alarm system. Ideally situated between other beautiful upscale homes of the same size and located on a lovely historic street in Downtown Delray.

Sparkly Clean Paradise

This house is amazing. Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and heated. There is so much room and so many different areas to hang out. Owners were a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be back soon!

Gorgeous house and perfect location!

The house was beautiful and walking distance to everything. The property manager, Jodi, was very responsive and did her best to fix anything that wasn’t working properly. We enjoyed our time in Del Ray and will be back!

Lovely Home

We had an exceptional week at this beautiful home in Delray. The home was very upscale, comfortable, and had everything that you need to have a great beach vacation. The bedrooms were so comfortable and the pool/hang-out area was really fun after the beach. We cooked several meals together and the kitchen had all of the best tools for making a fantastic dinner. The location was perfect for getting to Atlantic Ave for shopping or dinner. The golf cart was a fun addition to our vacation, easy to drive, and great for getting to town. Jodi was so helpful and accessible for anything that we needed! We loved this home and will definitely be back again for a family vacation. 5 Stars!

The house was spectacular, especially the outside area!

We booked a stay in the area, as we plan to purchase a home nearby. The location was so convenient. The home was exceptional, better than the listing! We had a few questions during our stay, and Jodi was always readily available. We had some bad weather the last few days, but having the covered patio still made it feel like paradise to this cold NY’er

Great house, great location

We had a wonderful time in Delray Beach. The house was awesome, under a mile to Atlantic Ave. and even closer to Pineapple Grove. The owners are available and easily accessible. We would definitely stay at the property again.
