About this property

Large Townhome, Great Views, Close to Everything

This new rental is a rare find! Open, airy, lots of light, large 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome that is close to Uptown Pagosa Springs and walking distance to Village Lake. Only 30 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski area too!

As you walk in the home, you will find the living, dining and kitchen are all open together. The living room has a wonderful fireplace, large smart TV with Satellite, DVD and games. The furniture is super cozy. The dining table is large enough for the entire gang. If you're wanting to cook in the home, you'll be pleasantly surprised with the kitchen amenities, dishes, pantry items, etc. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room, a powder room and access to the 2 car garage available to all guests.

Upstairs, you'll find a large en-suite king bed master bedroom with fantastic views, and a TV. There are 2 more queen bedrooms, each with nice views, plenty of space and a full bathroom.

This unit is located in a quiet development with 2-3 homes attached in clusters. This home is located just off N. Pagosa Blvd with easy access to grocery shopping, restaurants, drinking establishments, and other shopping. Just a short drive to downtown shopping and the famous Pagosa Hot Springs.

This home is in the PLPOA Recreation Area with access to fishing in 4 lakes, plus access to the state of the art exercise facility, indoor pool and hot tub all for a fee. This home is close enough to shopping, drinking, dining and can be reached if you bring your bikes, or let us rent some for you. Please be aware the hot tub and pool are not on the premises.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

Check in time is at 4:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM.

All recreational vehicles, whether motorized or non-motorized, camper unites, trailers, and similar units must be kept or stored in the garage or stored off of the Property. If you plan to bring a trailer, the dimensions will need to be provided & approved, along with a photo to have on file.

NICE Ski-Rental Home

This townhome was the perfect rental for our 5-night ski trip. It's in a great location, is super cute, and has everything that you could need. We loved the decor and that it was decorated for Christmas while we were there!

Perfect Location, Amazing Property

Our family had the BEST time in this beautiful townhome. It was so clean and had every convenience we could ask for! Minutes from lakes, fishing, shopping, and restaurants. Christmas Family Vacay

This place was in a perfect spot, and literally stocked with everything you would need for your stay! I’m usually running back and forth to grab small things I forget to pack but this place had everything but perishables! The only downfall is that it is in a close living HOA neighborhood, and my country living family had a hard time adjusting to keeping quiet so we didn’t disturb our neighbors.

Beautiful rental and great location

Beautiful rental and location! The kitchen was fully loaded with all the extras I'm used to lugging with us, since we love to cook. The rental was across the street from Village Lake. Great walking path throughout the neighborhood. The house had comfortable rooms. The setting was quiet and cozy. Bonus there is a wonderful rec center.

Super clean and well-outfitted for a family visit

Our small family had a great experience staying here for a getaway with our parents. It was very clean and well-outfitted with high quality beds, linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a few toys tucked away for the little ones. It's on the outside of Pagosa Springs, but still an easy drive to get into town. We loved walking to the pond nearby and the quiet, starry nights. The folks at VIP Vacation Services were among the most responsive and helpful hosts I've had in a rental like this. I would recommend staying in any of the properties they manage.

Christmas getaway

This home was absolutely perfect for Christmas!🎄 The main reason I decided on this home was the Christmas tree in the pictures. We were spending Christmas here with two littles. Came to the home to find every room including bathrooms decorated for Christmas! The home had everything we needed. It was also in a super quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Escape from the Texas Heat!

OMG! What a well equipped kitchen! That’s just the start. Mountain View’s and a beautiful lake where we watched kids and adults pulling fish out almost on demand. Cleanliness was top notch. The complex is quiet and well maintained. Grocery store and restaurants 3 minutes away. Beds and linens were super comfortable as well. Thank You for a great stay! We’ll be back!

Misleading descriptions of what is available on the property.

Vrbo did not make clear in description of property that there was not a pool on site. You had to go to a facility away from this property plus pay to swim. Also if you come in July, it does get hot during the day but cool at night. This property does not have AC for comfort. I was very disappointed in this rental. I will check with host before I stay again with Vrbo. I have been a customer of Vrbo for many years.

Don’t stay with VIP Vacation Services

The rental itself is OK, but the property manager doesn’t understand VRBO. They will seek to force you to sign a separate rental agreement, which differs some from what you agree thru VRBO. They will also disregard the renter details you provide via VRBO.
