Welcome to Silver Rock Condos. Just a five-minute drive from both Fernie Alpine Resort and downtown Fernie, this property offers easy access to the slopes, restaurants, and shops. Please note: the hot tub and swimming pool are currently under construction and may be intermittently available during summer 2025. While we hope for partial access, we cannot guarantee it. The nightly rate has been adjusted accordingly to reflect the limited availability of these amenities.


Nightly rate includes GST (5%) and submitted by Fernie Central Reservations. Cleaning Fee includes 5%. GST# available upon request. FCR is licensed by Consumer Protection BC. City of Fernie's Short-Term Business License #001992

Perfect getaway!

Such a beautiful stay in the most quaint studio apartment! Everything was clean and close to all amenities. We stayed for our anniversary and enjoyed how quiet the condo was also absolutely love the hot tub. Thank you so much for such a great stay!

Working Trip

Book this facility for five days as we were working in the area. There were three of us in different rooms. I enjoyed using the amenities within the room instead of eating all my meals out. My coworkers enjoyed using the hot tub and steam room at the end of a long day!

Amazing Condo with a veiw!

We loved our experience here, check in was simple and easy. Our place was very clean when we arrived, the entry way and hallways were tidy with some nice seating areas as well. Access in and out of the building and room was a scan card, easy to handle when adventuring. We hoped to add a day to our trip as we were enjoying it so much but unfortunately we had to pack up and leave our mountain getaway.

Quick but great stay!

I needed a place to stay for work and all of the hotels in the area were fully booked. The Manager was very helpful and accommodating and the property was as mentioned in the ad. If needed I will definitely use again. Thank you!

Property was clean, easy to access and well equipped however noise control from adjacent room/rental was terrible. You could hear everything they did, including conversation.

Super comfy easy short term visit spot.

Perfect spot to set up shop and spend a few days in a lovely town. Kitchen, furniture, bedroom all easy and comfortable. Laundry/dishwasher available and easy garbage disposal. Check-in was very easy. 4pm check-in and 10am check-out is a bit too tight. 20 min walk from the main part of Fernie so I'd recommend driving in or else you're dependent on shuttles (i'm sure there would be shuttles if we were there in winter). Great stay!
