Looking for a first floor unit with the best location in Mountain Lodge with a brand new finished deck? Then this unit is for you! ML132 is literally steps away from the back door which takes you out to the slopes and the high-speed Ballhooter Lift! This cozy condo features updated hardwood flooring throughout with super cool and unique ski decor! Prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen which includes refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Full size stove and oven. Coffee maker and toaster. Cozy living room with a fold-out sofa bed. Great views of the slopes and lift! Flat screen cable TV. Dining for four. Coin operated laundry facilities are located down the hall by the elevators.

We had an amazing time! The view is INCREDIBLE! Truly ski in/ski out! Right in front of the main lift (Ballhooter). Perfect location to walk to explore all the restaurants and shops. Host was extremely helpful and responds very quickly! We will 100% stay again!

Fantastic location, you can see the ski lift from the patio! Two simple tech problems were rapidly resolved by the owner. A few deficiencies by housekeeping noted on arrival, but didn’t affect the enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay. Location is perfect -- literally steps to the exit leading to the ski lift. The unit was spacious, comfortable and equipped well enough for basic meal preparation. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot, the room was good and accommodating for a few people. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Right outside of the ball hooter lift. Better of the rooms I’ve stayed at in ML.

The place was located right next to the lift and slope and in a great location to bounce around easily to the village. Only complaint is the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and no one got a good night sleep, the sofa mattress needs to be replaced.

Ski In/Ski Out. Great Value.

We had a great stay at this ski-in/ski-out condo! The location is perfect for anyone who wants easy access to the slopes and Snowshoe Village — literally just steps away. It’s not fancy or upscale, but it’s cozy and functional with everything you need for a ski trip. The space was clean, and the kitchen had all the basics to cook meals when we didn’t want to eat out. While it’s not a luxury spot, the convenience and great location made up for it. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a no-frills place right on the mountain!

Everything was spectacular about our stay and we had a great, comfortable time. A note or two, there are windows in the master bedroom that expose to the atrium outside, so bring blackout curtains if small amounts of light disturb anyone in your party. The deck is also railed in, but the room is right by the doors to exit the lodge. Very convenient location. We would definitely consider again for our future ski needs.
