About this property

Our charming house is ideally located, 5 minutes walk from Tanchet beach, Lake Tanchet, Zoo des Sables, Thalasso and Casino.

It is in a quiet area where you can rest there. This house includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a living / dining room, two bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom + toilet, a quiet rear terrace overlooking the vegetation and a closed space in front of the house without vis-à-vis (very practical to leave the bikes after beautiful walks). It was completely re-decorated a year ago.

On foot or by bike, you will be close to shops (convenience store, bakery, tobacco, pharmacy, etc.).

You will appreciate our accommodation for its location and comfort. It is perfect for couples and families.

An upstairs sleeping area with two spacious bedrooms: one with a Queen size bed (160x200). The other with two beds (90x190) and a large closet. Possibility of storage in the hall closet.

Bon séjour dans agréable maisonnette

Petite maisonnette bien équipée proche plage du Tanchet et à 5 minutes en voiture ou 15 à 20 minutes à pied du centre des Sables. Disposition des pièces pratique, ne manque de rien pour un petit séjour plaisant.

Très bon séjour

Très belle petite maison, fonctionnelle, propre et bien placée dans une rue au calme et proche de la plage et du lac. Christelle est disponible, réactive et très sympathique. Nous saurons où loger lors de notre prochain séjour en Vendée !

Un agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison très fonctionnelle et très bien située (5 min à pied de la plage et de la promenade menant au centre des Sables d’Olonne, 5 min à pied de l’entrée du Zoo, 5 min en voiture des hypermarchés pour faire vos courses). Cette maison rénovée et qui est d’une grande propreté est conforme à l’annonce. Soulignons la sympathie de Christelle, son accueil et sa disponibilité pour répondre à nos interrogations. Location que nous conseillons vivement.

Très beau logement

Le logement est idéalement situé, propre et facile d'accès. Le point négatif est la proximité du zoo, avec lequel il faudra prévoir des cris d'animaux en plein nuit et tôt le matin.

Bon séjour

Belle petite maison avec tout le nécessaire. Terrasse sans vis a vis. Proche de la mer. A 5 minutes à pied pour se rendre a la plage. C'est vraiment appréciable avec des enfants. Plage sympa mais trop peuplé au mois d'août mais il fallait s en douter. Le zoo a proximité est sympa mais un peu cher pour ce que c'est. Sinon Très Bon accueil. Je recommande.
