Very nice apartment on the 4th floor with elevator, completely renovated, classified 3*, 350m from the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, in the heart of the city center of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Secure private parking
Station 550m, 2 steps from markets and shops.
All you have to do is put your towel on the sand.
Housing consisting of:
- dining room/TV lounge opening onto a balcony equipped with sun loungers.
- fully equipped kitchen:
Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...
- two bedrooms, one with a bed of 160 and one with two beds of 90
- Separate toilet
- Shower room and hair dryer
All beds are equipped with a duvet and pillows available, linens and towels are not provided but can be rented from Armelle if needed
The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the places and the beach until the end.
