• Parking: Please adhere to the following parking guidelines (if applicable): Park in the garage first, then the driveway, and only resort to street parking if necessary. Never block the driveway or sidewalk.
• Pool/Spa Heating: Pool and spa heating is not included and can be added to your stay for an additional fee of $75 per night. Fee may vary based on time of year and length of stay. Please inquire before arrival.
• Utilities: A $300 utility cap applies to monthly stays from May-Sep.
• No Amplified Music/Noise: Sorry, the city of Palm Springs has a citywide noise ordinance where no amplified music or excessive noise may be heard outside, otherwise a citation may be delivered directly to the residence during your stay.
• Security Deposit: We may require a fully refundable security deposit to cover potential damages during your stay.
• No Unauthorized Pets: This property is pet friendly, but only upon prior approval with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (per pet, per stay). This fee is used for steam cleaning only and does not cover any waste pickup or pet-related damages. To avoid any additional charges, please pick up after your pet and do not let them on furniture or in the pool. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged.
• No Smoking: All of our properties have a non-smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine.
• Occupancy Limit: We do not allow parties or events at this property, please respect occupancy limits. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and/or eviction.
• Check-In: We require ID verification prior to check-in. Please send a clear photo of the primary guest’s identification before arriving.
• Minimum Age Requirement: The city requires the signer to be at least 25 years of age.
