Casey McNulty is the managing partner of Svenmar Nightly Rentals, a family-owned business established in 2006 by his parents, Sean and Susan. Taking over the operation in 2017, Casey has since committed himself to enhancing the guest experience and growing the company’s presence in the hospitality industry.

Casey began his career in hospitality at a young age as a front desk agent at a hotel in Keystone. His passion for serving others led him to progress through various roles, ultimately becoming a manager at multiple hotels. Through these experiences, Casey developed a deep understanding of what makes exceptional guest service, combining attention to detail with a dedication to going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.

In addition to his work in hospitality, Casey has a strong dedication to his community. In 2019, he made history by becoming Keystone’s youngest-ever elected official, serving as a board member. Just four years later, in 2023, he was elected as the town’s Board President. His leadership in both his professional and civic endeavors reflects his commitment to making a positive impact wherever he serves.

Under Casey’s leadership, Svenmar Nightly Rentals has thrived, and he remains dedicated to the company’s values of hospitality, personalized service, and continuous improvement in providing memorable stays for all guests.
