- SEA VIEW - BARCARES (66), on the 5th floor (with elevator) of the La Sardane residence. The apartment comprises a kitchen open to the living room and a large 14m² terrace on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms with loggias, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Private parking. Shops are approximately 300 meters away, and the beach is in front of the residence (no road to cross).

Appartement vétuste sauf la salle de bain.

Très satisfait du service de Poplidays.Mais peu de l’appartement( manque un store extérieur,électro ménager d’époque,tapisserie décollée…).À ne pas recommander.

Bonjour Monsieur, nous venons de prendre connaissance de votre avis défavorable et nous le respectons. Sauf que cet appartement à LA VUE EXCEPTIONNELLE et unique présente beaucoup d'avantages (de nombreux habitués reviennent chaque année). Comme je vous l'ai indiqué personnellement, les propriétaires font des efforts de modernisation (toutes les baies vitrées, la salle d'eau, une partie du mobilier ont été changés). Quant au store sur la terrasse, comme déjà expliqué, il est impossible d'en installer en tenant compte de l'exposition où le vent souffle 300 jours par an (vent nord-ouest ou sud-est, car les 2 sont exposés). Vous nous avez fait déplacés pour rien à 2 reprises pour le gaz qu'un membre de votre famille avait coupé et avait le chauffe-eau en défaut… et le lave-linge qui fonctionnait... nous avons été réactifs comme nous le faisons pour satisfaire tous nos clients. Nous transmettons aux propriétaires qui vont installer la climatisation. Restant à votre disposition, bien cordialement.
