Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is impeccably decorated and renovated for your Crystal Beach vacation! Each room in this cottage has been thoughtfully refreshed and modernized for maximum comfort. We are only 350m away from the beach entrance and a 5-10 minute walk from all the local dining options. Please note in peak season there is a 7 night minimum and preference will be given to requests with a Friday check in.
This 1800 square foot home offers all of the amenities from home including a fully equipped kitchen, all new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), washer/dryer, central air, unlimited Wifi, cable television and propane BBQ. We sleep up to 8 guests and prefer a maximum of 6 adults per stay. Please note this home cannot accommodate more than 8 guests due to Town of Fort Erie rules outlined in the approved rental licence.

Only a short drive from the Peace Bridge and Niagara Falls, make this a superb location for local sightseeing and day trips. Enjoy our local activities like the historic Old Fort, Fort Erie Race Track, Safari Niagara or public beachfront parks like Crystal Beach and Waverly. Only 20 minutes away is the glorious Niagara Falls and activities like Clifton Hill, Hornblower Cruises, the Bird Kingdom and plenty of golfing and wineries!
Consider a day trip into Toronto (only 1.5 hours by car) and check out a Toronto Blue Jays game, Ripley’s Aquarium or Canada’s Wonderland.
This is a great home if you are in between real estate transactions or here on work assignment and require furnished accommodation for a few months in the off season. BBQ is offered seasonally from May through October.
This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults.
Other things to Note:
Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature. Highlights of the agreement include:
- The Town of Fort Erie Bi-Law requires the owner or operator shall maintain a register that contains the name and address of the Renter(s) and the names of any other Person or Persons who occupy the Premises overnight
- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area.
- The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
