You can rent one at one of the local marinas to explore the Indian River or park your own boat at the dock behind the house during your stay. 3-4’ deep navigable canal. 2 kayaks, a canoe plus pool floats and life jackets available. Entertain at night around the firepit pit under the gazebo or turn the lights on and practice putting on the putting greens. Kids and Adults alike can enjoy YouTube tv with Disney + or play video games on the Golden Tee arcade game, Classic Arcade Cocktail Table (Ms Pac Man, Galaga, Dig Dug, Galaxian and more) or Wii. Highly desirable Turkey Creek neighborhood great for walking, biking (2 available for use), or taking the kids to Knecht Park with a playground down the street. Prefer the indoors? It's all just for show!!!!

At the time we booked the listing, it was not disclosed that the pool was not heated. At 64 degrees, even for a Canadian we were unable to swim in the month of Feb/24. Also not disclosed was the fact that there is no privacy in the back yard from the street behind. If you want to use the hot tub on you have to contact the owner, they control the hot tub. The inside of the kitchen cupboards look like everything was purchased from a thrift store, nothing matches. Good luck trying to cook breakfast for everyone with two 6 inch fry pans. There is no pressure in the showers but there is a sign requesting you keep your showers under 5 minutes. Have fun trying to get out of the couch once you sit in it, it's a good way to get your exercise for the day! The pool table is nice but there is only one working cue, on a positive side, it teaches your family how to share. I learnt a big lesson, this house is just for show, everything I stated here is factual. I share this so no one else has to learn my lesson, don't judge a listing by its pictures.

Amazing Stay

Checkin was a quick and easy. The entire house was beautiful and spacious. Very clean and loads of options to swim, barbecue, play games and watch tv. Very spacious kitchen allowed you to cook whatever you please. Safe neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. We would love to come back next year to this home. Thanks again for everything.

I grew up in Melbourne Beach, just 15 minutes down the road, and attended schools in the area. My husband, as well as my two children, actually attended the elementary school right down the street. We've lived in Palm Bay for 29 years and love the opportunity to share it with others!

What makes this property unique

There is a marina conveniently located along the canal to rent a boat! (Palm Bay Marina) If you'd like to bring your own boat, there's a boat ramp right down the road and you can easily tie off your own boat during your stay!
