Nestled between the Massif des Maures and the Mediterranean, the "Les Parcs de Grimaud" residence is a fully pedestrian haven of peace, to the delight of families. Built on the hillside, it consists of small buildings of 2 to 3 floors according to Provençal architecture. Its large landscaped park earned it the "Green Key" label.
"2-room apartment for 4/5 people in the Pierre et Vacances residence". It is secure including swimming pool, 16 hectare wooded park, children's games, parking lots. Immediate proximity to Port Grimaud, Ste Maxime and St Tropez. 500m from the beach, cycle paths. The apartment has a bedroom area with a double bed, a living room with three single sofa beds, television, equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. A 17 m2 terrace / garden with open views of the park and the surrounding countryside. Access to the apartment is done independently by

L'appartement doit être rénové dans les prochaines semaines. Remplacement du coin cuisine et de le salle de bain avec installation d'une douche italienne. Réfection du sol et peinture des murs et plafonds. Quant à l'accessibilité, il est impossible de changer l' accès, la présence d'escaliers est bien précisé dans l'annonce.
