5 stars! A. Great experience staying here. We stayed for 10 weeks (June-Aug). Owners Brigitte and Jon made us feel right at home. Extremely helpful and welcoming. You are interacting with the owners, not a third-party agent. The townhouse is beautiful and seemed like it was brand new. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and living area. With sofa bed, you have 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 TVs with ROKU. We could stream Netflix, Amz Prime, Fox News, Hulu, etc. Even during summer months, air conditioning was superb. Location is very convenient. You are about 1 mile from the ocean, convenient access to plenty of shopping, dining, and area attractions. Easy access to highways to go just about everywhere. Overall, a wonderful experience!!!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

My husband and I stayed at Berry Breeze in Jan/Feb 2023. This townhome is beautiful and has everything you will need for your stay. The home was perfect for us and was a wonderful place for friends and family to visit as well. Brigitte was amazing. She was always available for questions and was pro-active in communicating with us to make certain we felt welcomed and our stay went smoothly. We couldn't have asked for more. The location was very convenient to everything with easy access to restaurants, attractions and the beach. The trade-off was that the proximity to the highway does result in some noise - mostly when we were outside or had the windows open. Overall this was an amazing property and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful stay at Oceanside!

We stayed here for four months from January to May 2021. Brigitte and Jon were very gracious hosts. The house was beautiful, with updated appliances in the kitchen. It was well stocked with beach towels, cleaning supplies etc. The location was great; only a short drive from the beach, and very convenient to get to the freeway / grocery stores. The neighbors were friendly (many dogs!) and the pool / grill were easy to access. We would recommend this rental to anyone!

A perfect stay for our family!

From the beautiful decor, spacious kitchen, to the thoughtful bits and pieces all attention to detail found throughout the entire new house, we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. We felt the safety of this new community, our kids loved swimming in the pool everyday and have learnt how to swim within a few days of practice. All of the neighbors were incredibly kind and our children have made friendships that have made the end of our stay a very difficult and sad one. Brigitte and Jon have been absolutely amazing with their quick responses, generosity and mindful thoughts of our kids. They are beyond expectation as hosts and just brilliant, caring people. I highly recommend this place, its beautiful in every way!

Five WeekGetaway

We were the first guests to stay at Berry Breeze. The Town Home is top notch. The owners have done a stellar job with decor, color coordination, household items, as well as personal care items. They have a great eye for detail. Very spacious, and great floor plan. Multi level worked well for us. If you have others joining you the three level design provides a nice degree of separation among guests. Jon & Brigitte were very responsive.and great communicators. Short drive to the beach and all the activities. We would stay there again.

Comfy, quality beds, WIFI, tasteful decor, and amenities are a must for us and so you shall have it too!

This is an amazing, hard to find and well-separated 4bd 4ba in a brand new community with fabulous amenities. It is close to EVERYTHING, including Oceanside, Carlsbad, the beach and a TON of incredible restaurants. Not to mention east access to the highway to zip up and down the coast or to special attractions.

What makes this property unique

This property is ideally located in between Oceanside Pier and Carlsbad. There are SO MANY great restaurants and activities within minutes, in addition to major attractions being less than one hour away. We hope you enjoy the relaxing seaside vibes of Berry Breeze as much as we do!
