The house is situated in a quiet place near the forest and offers everything you need for your holiday. At 200 m there are shopping facilities, restaurants and bus stops and ATMs. The house has an area for children and a playground with slides, swings ... The house consists of two apartments, each apartment has a kitchen with all appliances, two bedrooms with large beds -180x200 cm, two bathrooms, there are three sofa beds. Deluxe suite has a living room with kitchen of 70 m / 2, and it goes directly to the pool, on the first floor + (2 bedrooms). Another apartment has two living rooms, which have a sofa bed + (2 bedrooms and a large wardrobe). The house has four televisions with satellite channels.
In the backyard is a new pool of 40 m / 2 with a summer kitchen, sun shade, deck chairs and an amusement park for children.
The house is located in a quiet area with no traffic and the car just ten minutes from several beaches, the city of Pula, Medulin, airport.

Tolles Haus, zentrumsnah, freundliche Vermieter

2 grosse Wohnungen, toller Pool, Grillplatz, Waschmaschine, Küche (sämtliche Geräte vorhanden) Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Ist das Toilettenpapier alle..dann bitte kauft euch neues...es ist kein Hotel, sondern eine Ferienwohnung. Zentrumsnah nach Pula mit Auto 5 min, Strand hauptsächlich mit Auto erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. ;-) 7 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder

Wunderschönes Appartement mit viel Platz

Das Appartement ist wunderschön und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und bemüht um ihre Gäste. Wir waren mit 7 Leuten dort und der Platz wer mehr als ausreichend. Es hätten auch 10 Leute dort Platz gefunden. Das Appartement selber besteht aus zwei einzelnen Wohnungen mit jeweils zwei Schlafzimmern. Jedes Appartement hat seine eigene Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und es gibt eine gemeinschaftliche Sitzecke am Pool mit einer Art Außenbereich Küche (Grill, Bräter , Waschbecken, Arbeitsfläche) Wohnung 1: 2 Schlafzimmer, 1x Doppelbett und 1x 3 Einzelbetten wovon eines zum Doppelbett zusammengestellt ist. Wohnung 2: 2x Doppelbetten + ein Ankleidezimmer Jedes Appartement selbst bietet aber auch genügend Platz um sich gemeinschaftlich zusammen zu setzen. Ebenfalls sind beide Appartements ausreichend klimatisiert. Auch die Austattung ist mehr als zufriedenstellend. Der Kühlschränke bieten sehr viel Platz um auch für 10 Leute Lebensmittel und Getränke zu kühlen. Das obere Appartement bietet auch einen Side-by-Side Kühlschrank mit integriertem Eiswürfelspender. Die Mutter des Vermieters wohnt ebenfalls direkt am Haus, hält sich aber komplett im Hintergrund. Jeden morgen hat sie den kompletten Außenbereich gereinigt und den Pool von Laub und Insekten etc. befreit,die sich über Nacht angesammelt haben. Zusätzlich gab es als nette Geste das ein oder andere Mal eine kroatische Spezialität von der Mutter als Aufmerksamkeit. Einziger "Nachteil" war, dass die Nachbarn etwas empfindlich auf Lautstärke reagiert haben. "Parties erlaubt" aus der Beschreibung stimmt hier leider nicht. Dennoch kann man Abends / Nachts gemütlich draußen sitzen und sich Unterhalten und leise Musik laufen lassen. Die Innenstadt von Pula ist in ca. 45 Minuten Fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kleiner Supermarkt in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Auto sind in 5-10 Minuten mehrere große Supermärkte erreichbar (Lidl, Kaufland, Konzum, Plodine). Der Strand ist leider nicht zu Fuß erreichbar bzw. ist es mit dem ganzen Gepäck etwas weit weg. Hier sollte man besser das Auto nehmen. Alles in allem kann man sagen, dass das Appartement den Bildern entspricht und in der Realität noch besser ist. Wenn irgendetwas nicht stimmte, kann man direkt mit dem Vermieter sprechen und es wird sich sofort drum gekümmert. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen und das Appartement auch jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Selten so eine schöne Wohnung und so Aufmerksame Vermieter gehabt
