Villa + independent studio comfortable 4 CH / 3SDB. New interior - swimming pool and studio 1st season
The Villa + Studio are located on the top of the hamlet of Porto Vecchiaccio in the maquis in a private driveway with 6 villas. Quiet villa 5 minutes from St Cyprien Beach, near Cala Rossa and Pinarello.
Villa built in 2009 - (Extension and swimming pool in 2020) on a plot of 1500 m2. The villa and the studio are fully equipped with reversible air conditioning.
The villa has a beautiful living room of more than 50 m2 with living room, dining area and fully equipped American kitchen with utility room / pantry. Large picture window opening onto a large terrace (with plancha), part of which is covered.
Sleeping area with 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with two beds each (possibility of bringing them together) and a master bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) with private bathroom and WC. Each bedroom is fitted with cupboards. In the hallway to the bedrooms there is 1 additional bathroom and separate WC. Two bedrooms have direct access to the terrace through a picture window.
Separated from the main house, facing the swimming pool, a 25M2 studio comprising a bedroom (160x200 cm bed), a kitchen area, bathroom and separate wc. Large bay window opening onto a terrace facing the pool.
Swimming pool of 9 X 3.60 M with desk and a pool area of 70M2
Villa and swimming pool perfectly exposed on beautiful wooded land without vis-à-vis with parking for several cars.

Wonderful stay

We had a really wonderful stay in this beautiful villa! It‘s a Calm and joyful surrounding and you could stay allday at the house or ar the Pool. But with only 5 Minutes to the next lovely Beach you have a lot of possibilities…Hopefully soon again!

The House Has a, wonderful Location very Clean, Perfect Pool in Airconditioner in all Rooms was highly, appreciated. We have a Lot of Barbecue Two Families with 2 Children each was Perfect.Scuba Diving ist highly recommended @ hippocampe

Very nice house with great houseowners

Very nice house with all features you need for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Pool, good kitchen and additionally a comfortable side house, in which 3 people can stay (even there a kitchen and a bathroom). Surrounding is nice - good restaurants and nice bays for swimming in the sea. Gery, the owner of the house, was very friendly and helped always fast, when we needed help or advise as well as in the beginning of our journey. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Fantastic holiday home !!!

We spent a wonderful family vacation in the house. It is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. There was nothing missing. The pool provided a welcome refreshment and we enjoyed spending our time outside in the attractive garden/terrace. Contact with Gery and Stephanie was very friendly and uncomplicated. The caretaker was also very nice and friendly. We'd love to come back!

SÉJOUR À LECCI

Très agréable séjour dans cette belle villa, très bien équipée, spacieuse, au calme, le studio indépendant : un vrai plus. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et Marie la concierge est vraiment une perle, de très bons conseils pour faire que le séjour soit hyper agréable. Je recommande cette villa pour être le point de départ de la découverte du sud de l’île de Beauté et pour la sérénité qu’elle dégage.

Großzügiges Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir (2 Familien mit 4 Kindern) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Lage ist ideal um an die schönsten Strände der Insel zu kommen. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel verlief unkompliziert und sehr flexibel. Ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort war jederzeit verfügbar und auch der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr nett. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist traumhaft schön und in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist groß und für 2 Familien (ohne Kleinkinder) ideal. Der Pool und die gesamte Einrichtung war wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der überdachten Terrasse gegessen, auch als es einmal regnete. Die Siedlung befindet sich auf einer leichten Anhöhe, das Meer ist jedoch nicht vom Haus aus zu sehen. Pool und Garten sind praktisch nicht einsehbar und man ist ungestört. Einziges Manko war der tägliche Baulärm von der Baustelle weiter unterhalb. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Une divine semaine en famille

Cette maison est un petit bijou. La décoration est superbe et sobre, Stéphanie et Gery ont beaucoup de goût. Mon mari et moi avons investi la dépendance, le bonheur! Bref maison parfaite pour nos vacances intergénérationnelles en famille ! Grands parents, enfants et petits enfants ont profité a fond de la piscine, de la mer et de la région. Personne n'avait envie de repartir. Un grand merci pour tout, cette première approche de la Corse était parfaite.

Super séjour

Nous étions en famille, 6 adultes et 2 enfants et avons passé un super séjour à la villa de Géry et Stéphanie. La maison est très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée. La communication avec les propriétaires ou l'agent immobilier très fluide ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Un séjour exceptionnel

En vacances avec des amis, nous avons passé des vacances de rêve. La villa est parfaite : des espaces spacieux et fonctionnels, un environnement calme, une superbe piscine, c'était idéal. La proximité avec la plupart des plages, des randonnées, ou autres coins de détente à une trentaine de minutes est vraiment intéressante. Les échanges avec M.Chombart, ainsi que le contact avec le service de conciergerie ont été irréprochables. Je recommande vivement !
