This condo has the best of both worlds with amazing views of Old River from the condo and deeded beach access right across the street! Take an adventure to the Alabama/Florida state line and enjoy great food, live bands, and even bingo at the famous FloraBama across the street, just a short walk from the complex. You are also just a short drive to many delicious dining options such as Cobalt, Louisiana Lagniappe, Shrimp Basket, and many more!

This building has two elevators.
Three-night minimum reservations are required at this property.
Starting January 2nd and running through the end of March, 2023 Bella Luna will be working on their parking garage, and repairing balconies. During this project some parking spots will be blocked off, but they will do their best to limit work in high traffic areas to times when the fewest guests are in the building. With the balcony work, they will NOT need to enter your unit. They will access balconies using swing stages. This may cause temporary view obstruction. When the construction crew is working on your stack of condos we suggest that you close curtains/blinds for your own privacy. While falling debris is not expected, they are asking that you not lean over the railing to look at the work being done. The contractor will be working Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
