If views are what you are looking for this beach front house has it all. Master Bedroom has ocean front views with a fireplace. Beach front views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. This Beach House has its own beach access and patio on the beach. If it gets too windy on the beach it has a beautiful courtyard to hang out in. Have guest that want their own privacy? This house has its own casita for its 3rd bedroom with its own bath and wet bar. 4th room is a bunkroom that is great for kids. We have bikes, games, boogey boards, wets suits, ping pong, tandem beach cruiser,beach toys. Bring your fun and you are set!!

We have had beach homes in Cayucos for the past 11 years. We have progressively moved closer to the beach and now we are at the beach edge and absolutely thrilled to share this home's views and beach access with others.
Why they chose this property
This beach front is 2700 square foot home. Its great for families or couples. We pretty much supply all your beach needs and you bring your beach fun to make it an awesome vacation. We have wifi, perfect for people working or studying remote. Studying at the beach is great!
What makes this property unique
This home has its own beach access. Only beach front that has its own patio down at beach level. The casita has it own private entrance of the courtyard with its own bathroom and T.V. There is a bonus bunkroom upstairs near the master bedroom. This great layout can accommodate families or couples.
