Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, standup shower, private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.
The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely.

Lovely Oceanfront getaway

Very clean. The kitchen looked to be less than a year old. The furnishings were very comfortable, including, most importantly, the king sized bed. Lovely, large bathroom. The location is central to everything in Traverse City.

Wonderful anniversary getaway

When walking into the condo for the first time, we were thrilled with how clean it was. The owners have taken very good measures in supplying everything you will need while staying there. The view of the Bay was beautiful, whether sitting on the balcony or inside the condo. We hope to stay there again the next time we visit Traverse City.

Ideal Location with Beach & Lake View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a wonderful location and has a great view of the beach and water. It was extremely convenient for our kids to be able to head to the beach while we could watch them from our patio. The pool and hot tub are also a nice amenity and our kids jumped back and forth between the lake and the pool. The location is a short drive from the downtown area. We loved being able to rent boats, kayaks, paddle boards, and jet skis right from the property on a whim. The only things missing compared to other stays we've had through other owners at this location were beach towels and laundry detergent (there was a bottle but it was empty). The carpet in the master bedroom and the pull out couch could also stand to be replaced and cleaned a bit better, but we were very happy with the updated bathroom and very nice tile shower. We found the kitchen well stocked for all of our needs. The host was responsive and it was easy to access the rental unit. We would definitely return. You won't be disappointed in this rental!
