Rooftop hottub is a fun addition. Place is open clean and quiet. Manager was needed for a door repair, but handyman was available immediately and repaired expeditiously.Only 1 parking spot per unit with additional parking .8 miles away if needed.Would highly recommend for a Traverse getaway!

Peaceful Retreats is a new, modern apartment with all the basics you will need for a pleasant stay in Traverse City. Even though the property is located behind the Comfort Inn and Suites, it is very quiet (even when the building was full because of the TC Marathon over Memorial Day weekend!), and you will have more options for parking if your party arrived in more than one vehicle. The parking lot has a dedicated and numbered space for the unit so parking should always be available. With the unit located on the second floor, the elevator is helpful for larger items or groceries. We enjoyed the feeling of security with coded building and unit entry. We cannot speak to the hot tubs on the rooftop, as we didn't have time to enjoy those. The large beds and furniture are comfortable, with ample pillows. Because of the poured cement walls, we didn't hear anything/anyone else in other units.The only thing I would say is that there are no extras: paper goods, facial tissues, or storage ware for leftovers. The kitchen is very basic, and may not be suitable for dining in during a several day stay. We had a peaceful stay in Traverse City at the Peaceful Retreats!
