15 km from La Rochelle, in the seaside resort of Chatelaillon Plage,

Ideally located 50m from the beach, 200m from the main shopping street, and 1000m from the aquatic center, this one-bedroom apartment sleeps 4.

On the first floor of a secure building (no elevator), this 35 m² one-bedroom apartment comprises: an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a sofa bed (140cm), flat-screen TV and internet access, a balcony with outdoor furniture, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a closet, a shower room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.

Please note that the apartment is located at the rear of the building, so the terrace overlooks the street and not the sea!

However, you have direct access to the seafront through the building.

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

Cleaning is optional: €60.

Linens are optional: €60.

A proportional tourist tax is extra.

Reservations on our website are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday. For dates outside of Saturday, short stays, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us.

Check-in is generally between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. For arrivals or departures before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies:
