Only minutes from the Masters! This beautiful 5000 Sq. Ft home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and two living rooms. The huge fenced-in backyard is made even more desirable by a large heated saltwater swimming pool and hot tub. TVs in every room.

When you arrive the home can be set up to your liking. We will have a king bed in the master, and a queen in the first guestroom. The rooms on the secondary (lower) level have a king bed, and two singles. We are more than happy to provide additional beds upon request.

Our family has lived in North Augusta for 10 years. We moved into this beautiful home in 2019.
Why they chose this property
This property backs up to a nature preserve and provides more privacy than you could dream of. It has an outstanding outdoor area with lounge chairs, rocking chairs, dining table and chairs, swing, and a heated pool with a hot tub. The home itself if beautiful with double islands in the kitchen, LARGE bedrooms, and two living rooms.
What makes this property unique
Augusta National is only a few miles away and you can access via the interstate or cut through town and save time.
