This is the quintessential beach cottage with wide plank heart pine wood floors and exposed beams. Eat and drink in the porch while watching the sunset over the bay. Two week minimum stay.
Just walk out the door swim, kayak, or paddle board on Bullhead Bay. Jump on a bike and ride some of the best backroads on the East End. Canoe the unspoiled wetlands and you can't help but wonder what it felt like to one of the first settlers on the Island. The minimum is a two week rental. Why they chose this property
This is a old world renovated cottage for someone looking to experience the natural beauty of the Hamptons. One of the limited places on the east end where by you see the sunset over the water.
What makes this property unique
No need to get in the car. Swim, kayak, canoe right from the house. You can make arrangements to moor a boat in the bay. Jump and a bike ride the backroads of the Hamptons.
