Appartement spacieux mais bruyant ! Propriétaire peu conciliant

Appartement central comme cela était décrit dans l’annonce. Mais cela a un inconvénient majeur : il donne sur une route très passante (T10, axe principal entre Bastia et Porto-Vecchio ) et un quartier très animé. Donc que ce soit pour les chambres côté rue ou côté parking, nous avons été dérangés tardivement par des bruits de fêtards (mobylettes pétaradantes et éclats de voix) puis réveillés dès 5h du matin avec le passage des poids-lourds et des engins de nettoyage de la ville (qui enclenchent les balayeuses et les engins souffleurs dès 6h du matin !) Très peu insonorisé, donc on est aux premières loges ! L’appartement, bien que spacieux, n’est pas adapté à la location saisonnière comme nous avions l’habitude via Abritel : pas de livres ou de jeux à disposition, aucune décoration au mur, seulement deux lampes de chevet pour l’ensemble des trois chambres (la gestionnaire a bien voulu nous en apporter une pour la chambre des enfants). Éléments de cuisine incomplets (pas de mugs, grille-pain,…). Aucun article de plage. Propriétaire peu conciliant : nous avons eu un problème de volet lors de notre séjour, le propriétaire s’est servi sur la caution sans attendre que nous ayons notre mot à dire, le lendemain de notre départ ! Certes, il en avait le droit (contrat Abritel), mais nous avons trouvé ça très cavalier de sa part. Le montant des réparations dépasse tout entendant (pour un volet bloqué ). Nous avons donc ouvert un dossier pour litige. Bref, nous avons été échaudés par ce séjour et nous ne tenons vraiment pas à revenir dans la région ! Très déçus !
