Located in Anjou, 250 km from Paris, between Sablé sur Sarthe and Durtal (TGV station 12 km, 1h05 from Paris), this 15th and 16th century manor house will make you spend an enchanting stay, only disturbed by the song of birds and the call of the frogs. Time seems to have stood still in this place surrounded by a moat, in the middle of a large private estate of 40 hectares. Thanks to a recent and refined restoration, the manor combines the charm of the past and modern comfort.
In absolute calm, in the middle of nature, it is only 2 kms from a small town with all resources. Close to many sporting activities (cycling, horse riding, pony trekking, tree climbing, walks, Anjou wine, etc.) and cultural activities (Tapestry of the Apocalypse in Angers, Brissac, Plessis Bourré, Durtal castles, etc.). La Flèche and Doué la Fontaine, opera festival of Baugé, Saumur, etc ...)

5 large bedrooms with their private bathroom and toilet
+ a bedroom on the ground floor with a sofa bed (comfortable bed in 160 with toilet, and adjoining bathroom).
Ideal for 10 adults (or fifteen people if there are children).
Property exclusively reserved for family use: evenings, parties, events, EVJF, EVG not allowed.
Large living room with fireplace (wood provided), large dining room, large fully equipped kitchen, billiards, TV room, and 13X 4.5 m heated swimming pool (open from May to September).
Please note: between July 11 and August 15, the minimum stay is 7 nights

Wonderful stay in a fantastic, large country house

We stayed in the house with two families with grown up children. The house, which is centuries old, is very tastefully decorated and has a lot of comfort. The environment is very quiet and peaceful. There were plenty of activities such as swimming, billiards and archery. We also explored the area through walks and bike rides. And we had some lovely wine tastings nearby. In short, a wonderful week!

50 ans de mariage

Un manoir restauré avec excellence, en extérieur comme en intérieur, dans un site champêtre embelli par un jardin à la française, par les maîtres des lieux dont les mains semblent tout juste avoir quitté la cisaille au dessus des buis, et ôté du Ronsard la dernière rose fannée. Le site de la piscine chauffée invite au partage du soleil sur les corps et dans les cœurs. La disposition des pièces et leurs aménagements est très bien conçu et tout y contribue à vous laisser vivre une vie de château. Pour fêter nos 50 ans de mariage en famille tout fut parfait, particulièrement l'amabilité de l'accueil. Le courage des hôtes de ces lieux à entrenir ce site de rêve est remarquable.
