ACCOMMODATION
A beautiful apartment close to the Cité du Vin. An ideal location to live the Bordeaux experience and discover the city's assets.
A 35 m² apartment on the 2nd floor of a new building, with terrace.
Enter the bright living room with sofa bed, coffee table and TV.
Separate WC, fully-equipped bathroom with shower. Opposite is a bedroom with a double bed and fitted closets.
The apartment has a kitchen and a small balcony. The main room is separate from the living room.
The apartment has a private parking lot located beneath the residence; instructions and a parking pass will be given to you on check-in.
Free wi-fi.

DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €250 will be required as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited, and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of €3.30.

GETTING AROUND
From Mérignac airport:
Take tram A or bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop, then take tram B from the Gambetta stop to the La Cité du Vin stop and walk 5 min.
From Gare Saint Jean:
Take tram C or D from Gare Saint Jean to Quinconces, then tram B from Quinconces to La Cité du Vin and walk 5 min.
Street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
Half-day parking costs €15.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The ideal setting for a short stay or a long weekend.
The beautiful buildings are an excellent indication of the new Bordeaux. The land once belonged to a former Carthusian monastery (Chartreux in French, which leads to the current name, Les Chartrons), drained by the Dutch in the 17th century. It was once home to English, Scottish, Irish, Scandinavian and German merchants, who built fine houses and cellars. Cours Xavier Arnozan (formerly Pavé des Chartrons) is one of the city's most aristocratic and elegant streets. It was always a sign of social status to live on the "Pavé" in the last century.
We recommend the Quai des Marques, an ideal location with parking and streetcar stop nearby, where you can shop and brunch in an open-air café overlooking the Jacques Chaban-Delmas bridge.
And let's not forget the new Musée International du Vin, just a 5-minute walk away! A must.
