One of the great things about the apt is that you can walk into Sarlat, it's about a 15 mins walk. This is great if you have older children/teenagers with you! The location is very peaceful and tranquil.
I am always available to speak to guests by phone or email. The code for the entrance gate, the code for the key box at the hall door and the wifi code will be emailed to you before your arrival. There are so many wonderful aspects to the Dordogne. It's so relaxing, peaceful and stunningly beautiful, and if that's not enough the food is magnificent too. We have lots of recommendations in the book in the apartment as well as a complete list of local walks. I can't think of a nicer day than driving through these little villages, canoeing down the Dordogne or taking a picnic to some beautiful garden! It really is absolute bliss! There are a few horse riding centers close by to enjoy wonderful treks through forests and around fields. There are also several lakes with watersports as well as river canoeing. Lots to do and see in this magnificent area!
