I have a real estate license, and have worked in this area for several years. I am the original owner of this home and have lived here since 2004. In my spare time I do volunteer work through my church, spend time with my daughters and grandkids, and travel.
Why they chose this property
A lot of loving care went into this single level home, with many upgrades over the years. This is an open floor plan, connecting the kitchen/eating areas with a great room for watching TV or relaxing in a comfortable seating area. It is in an ideal location with a view across the street in the front and backs to a golf course with a full view fence. There are many shrubs/vines in place to create extra privacy. The backyard faces east, so it is pleasant to sit on the back patio or yard with some protection from the sun. If you love gardens and big trees, then this house is for you, and creates a very tranquil space to sit outside and sip coffee or enjoy a book. There is a gas bar-be-que for those that enjoy outdoor grilling.
What makes this property unique
One bedroom with a queen sized bed can comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. This is a master planned community with access to 3 pools, a hot tub and a large premier golf course all within a 5 min drive. There are community events throughout the year, parks with playgrounds, walking paths, tennis courts, basketball courts and easy access to restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores, nail salons, shopping, medical facilities etc.
