Cozy Private Pool home in family neighborhood

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with private play pool and open floor plan. Perfect for the family getaway or just to go work remotely for a few weeks in sunny AZ.
Main bedroom has spacious walk-in shower, walk-in closet, work desk with 2 screens, and King size bed. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a bathroom. All bedrooms and living room have Smart TVs to stream your shows right from your phone. High speed internet included with your stay. Plenty of seating outside for fun by the pool, 2 sun cover areas to protect you from the direct sun as well as 2 gas heaters for brisk evenings.
Spacious living room with a 65” tv for relaxing movie nights, seating for 4 around the kitchen island, room for 4 at the kitchen bar, as well as seating for 6 at the formal dining table.
Portable gas grill outside for bbq’s as well as a Pit Boss Smoker!

Security-
There are 3 video cameras on the property for the safety of all guests and the protection of the property. The first is at the front door bell to assist with guest access and security, the second is above the exterior of the garage to monitor driveway activity, and the third is inside the garage which is considered the owners' space with personal property storage.

Perfect location

We love this house. It is in a nice, safe and clean neighborhood. We were so close to everything and more importantly, we were close to our family in town. We'd love to stay here again for future visits and definitely recommend this place for families.

Overall good experience

Check in was easy. The refrigerator did not work upon arrival, and despite efforts made by the owner we did not have a refrigerator for our 5 night stay. This was a big bummer.

Great cozy home

This home was very comfortable with a warm swimming pool for those cool summer night swims. Neighborhood was quiet and close to all essential shopping. Would definitely stay again

Home away from home

The house was a perfect home base while visiting my daughter who just had twins. Gordon was easy to talk to so appreciate that as I didn’t know the area. The primary bedroom has an awesome comfortable bed and loved the large walk in closet! The pool looked so inviting but had no time to enjoy it.

The house is exactly stated, the pictures are very accurate. We had a few hiccups as we checked in but Gordon our host was on it and got it corrected very quickly! I would stay again.

Our temporary home

We recently sold our home in Maine and our new home in Arizona wasn’t quite ready for us to move into this home was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean, comfortable and functional for us. The pool was wonderful and the communication with our host was great. We would recommend this one to our friends!

Great Place

Gordan had great communication and it was an easy check in process. The house was very clean and in a Nice and quiet neighborhood. The home had regular household items like ziplock bags, sunscreen, batteries and tylenol which really came in handy. Loved the inside layout becuse the master was on the other side of the house from the smaller rooms which gave the adults some space from the kiddos lol. There was a binder that had local information as well as clear rules / expectations and additional info for the home which was really helpful. The backyard area is very peaceful, was awesome for watching gorgeous Arizona sunsets and of course the kiddos loved the pool! We loved this property and highly recommend it !!

This is such a beautiful property! The area is so peaceful and private. There is a super fun park that is shaded right around the corner which our 2 year old loved! The pool was incredible and was the source of a lot of fun. It was the perfect temperature to cool down but feel comfortable at the same time. The area around the pool is beautifully designed and allows the perfect areas for eating or just relaxing. There were a few pool toys and floaties too!The inside was organized so well and was very clean. We had everything we needed and it was easily accessible. The area the home is located in is lovely. There are many shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive that we made the most of. It was a perfect getaway!

This Place has it all!!!

Look no further, this is the best vacation spot for the price in Phoenix, everything from a pool to board games to a nice spacious kitchen to cook a meal,The outdoor seating area lit up all night to create such a nice ambiance to swim or sit back and relax, great for full families or a couple getting away for the weekend, we will definitely come back when we come through Phx, it’s close to shops and stores but far enough out to be quiet and safe. Thx again for letting our family stay in your home.

Perfect for visiting family in the area

My wife and I stayed here for six nights. Being a 3Br, 2Ba home, it was ideal for our stay, because my wife's sister and sister-in-law also joined us for part of our stay. The location was perfect, being only a few miles away from our grand-daughter and the two great-grand babies. The pool was clean and refreshing (even though I was the only one that used it). There was quite a bit of food, drinks, condiments, etc. left by either the host or previous renters. Some people don't like this, but I enjoyed the honey, and sugar was also a hit.Communication with the host, Gordon, was outstanding. He called after we checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. During our stay we had a very minor issue: the oven light bulb went out. I texted him as an FYI, and he was prompt to return my text. Also, after we checked out, he contacted me that a couple of jackets had been left behind in the master bedroom closet and then worked with me to give my grand-daughter access to retrieve the left-behind jackets. Great host.The only negative about the home was the scratches in the kitchen (and master bedroom) cabinet faces. The cabinets were originally wood that had been painted over, and fingernails easily scratch the paint off when the cabinet doors are opened. Touchup of the paint and the addition of doorknobs/handles would likely solve most of that issue. It bothered my wife more than it did me. I still give the unit five stars.

Family visit

The property needs new living room furniture, it was worn, the countertops were not clean, pool was cold, & couldn’t get gas to light on fire pit. This was disappointing. We were really looking forward to enjoying the outside area. On a positive note, we liked the house, the beds were comfortable, and the area was nice. With some updates & maintenance, it would be reallynice.
