Apartment 40 m2 facing south - Ground floor
40 m2 apartment completely renovated in 2018 located on the ground floor of a small condominium 3 minutes walk from the center of La Bourboule.
Thermal baths and Fenestre park within 300 m.
Very bright south facing living room (ceiling 2.85 m) including:
- fitted kitchen (washing machine and dishes, multifunction oven, microwave, robot… .and all necessary cooking…,
- lounge area with reversible sofa (sleeps 2)
North bedroom located between two levels, sleeping 160 (possibility of 2 beds of 80)
On request possibility of an additional folding bed, and for baby of a folding bed and a high chair.
Bathroom with shower,
Separate WC.
Hungarian point parquet flooring throughout the apartment.
All bedding is provided (sheets, duvet covers ... hand towel)
Small animal accepted under your responsibility

quelques jours à la Bourboule
Très agréable séjour à la Bourboule sous un soleil éclatant et une température estivale en février Donc belles randonnées au lac de Guéry et au col de la Croix Robert.
Location très agréable, bien placée, literie impéccable et propriétaire très accueillant.
