At the entrance of Ajaccio, in a fully fenced property and close to other gites: Lodging identical to another located on the ground floor of a villa. Recent construction( year 2019). It consists of: 1 living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bed 140x190 cm, 1 shower room/wc, enclosed common land, garden, communal swimming pool open from May to mid October ,terrace of 15m², garden furniture, barbecue, parking, reversible air conditioning , washing machine, freezer compartment. Option for bed linen (sheets and towels) and final cleaning option.This cottage is located 01 km from the shops, 03 km from the beaches, 02 km from the city centre.Bus stops are located 15 minutes walk away. You will enjoy being in the countryside while being close to the city.
