Guest Access:

Guests enjoy gated, off‑street parking behind the house with dedicated spaces for up to three standard‑size vehicles. Entry is keyless, with a unique code provided before arrival. You’ll have exclusive use of the entire lower apartment and its front porch seating area. Please note: while this is a ground‑floor unit with minimal steps, the property is not handicap accessible.

From the house, it’s about a 7‑minute walk to the Plaza de la Constitución, Flagler College, and St. George Street’s shops, cafes, and galleries. It’s a true “park‑and‑walk” location, close to the city's best while still feeling residential and calm.

Most guests park once and explore on foot. Historic sites, restaurants, and shops are within easy walking distance of the house. The surrounding streets are ideal for a casual stroll, bike ride, or jog. The primary renter must be at least 26 and present for the stay. Families are welcome. One dog under 35 lbs is allowed in the Lower Suite with prior approval and a pet fee. The home is not handicap accessible. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and secure keyless entry.
