If you’re looking for quiet location away from the town this is the place to go. House is very specious and clean. We enjoyed hiking Prats Rocks which is pretty close, Plattekill Falls 40 min away but beautiful and town of Tannersville.

Thank you for your kind review, and suggestions for attractions for future renters.
Truly, this house was an amazing place to rest up, and enjoy unconnected life, while still within reach of myriad opportunities. My family and I skied at Hunter during the day and enjoyed the easy 25 minute journey back to rest up and recuperate for the next day. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious, and 100% as described. This is your choice if you want a wonderful modern house, surrounded by natural beauty and calm.

The house is well designed to comfortably fit 6 people. Well maintained cool kitchen which is the hart of the house. Of you want to getaway from people to spent a few quite days, this house is for you. Must have a car with high ground clearance as the house is on the dirt road.

Thank you for your nice review.
Yes, country dirt road, 4x4 vehicle would be best, especially in the winter.
Please come again.
The house is located in a very quiet place on a hill. Its both near a small town if you need groceries and hunter which is about 22 minutes away. It’s a very modern and clean house with all the appliances. I plan to come back to spend more time in this house when theres more snow on the way.

Thank you for your nice review. We look forward to having you back!
Scenic, secluded, perfect for a break from technology
Tucked away in the woods, this site has all of the amenities you could ask for - firepit, deck, fireplace, luxury kitchen with a marble bar/island, a big living room and den, and the master bath has an awesome double showerhead walk-in shower. No TV or internet to distract from nature, but there is good cell service. 1 bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 with a twin and full bunk bed, and 1 queen master bedroom (bring your own linens and bedding). The host is extremely responsive and charming. I would highly recommend!

House was very nice.
Easy access to house.
Very fast response time on talking with Anna she was awesome to talk with and made everything super easy.
Kitchen had everything to cook with
Few honest opinions:
Drive way could use stone or gravel finish, our trucks were sinking in the the driveway, we did try to clean up the driveway when we left so there wouldn't be tire ruts.
Beds were very uncomfortable with the plastic pee protector covers.
Could use more furniture not everyone had a place to sit other than sitting on the floor, or stealing the table chairs
No TV for rainy days. The house does have board games.
Other then that we all thought the house was perfect size for our 5 to 6 person group. Just needs a few finishing touches.
We all loved the location being off the main road and noone really bothering you.

Thank you for your kind review and your honest opinion. We will consider your feedback.
The home was comfortable for a few friends to go skiing for a long weekend, with a nice kitchen centrally located for hanging out. The owner was fast to respond to any questions about the property.
For winter use be aware the house is 1.4 miles up a somewhat steep and unpaved private road. The home owner did warn us the road does not get plowed, so make sure you have the right vehicle for access.

Thank you for your nice review. Yes, the house is on a gravel private road.
Andrew your overall rating was 5 *, missed entry says 4 :/
House is convenient, well designed for a family stay, as well as just group of friends: there is privacy available and enough room to congregate and enjoy company.
Maybe, a little more table dishes would be convenient, so not to run dishwasher after every meal.

Very private getaway
All in all I received what was in the pictures, like described in the post it's a private road so very hard to find but once you're there the home is not hard to find, in the middle of a mountain it was a great escape from the loud city. Would recoomend to families that want to experience the woods and have a home away from home
