The pool and commun areas are great to chill during the days or enjoy a breakfast. Everything is near because it is downtown so you won't need anything to transport, you can walk to any place because they are really close. You will love Cozumel and staying with us!

Great location.

Francisco is a great host. Modest accommodations but great location. If you need anything Francscio is there to accommodate you if able.

Great location, just three minutes to walk from the ferry.

Property was just as the photos indicated. Lighting and air conditioning was great. Fridge was excellent. A microwave would have been nice but we were able to use the hot plate just fine. We’ll be back.
