Das Appartement war für unsere Zwecke gut geeignet. Es war sauber, wenn ich auch den Eindruck hatte, dass die vorigen Mieter etwas gründlicher bei der Reinigung der Küche und des Kühlschrankes hätten sein können. Haus aus den 60ern, Küche, Wanne und Böden ebenfalls aber sehr gut erhalten und gepflegt, WC, Waschbecken, Armaturen, neu. Betten Ikea-Stil, gute Matratzen.
Kein Parkplatz, vor dem Haus kann man 1.30 h kostenlos stehen, ansonsten muss man um den Block kurven und suchen. Bei uns hat das ganz gut geklappt, vielleicht aber nur, weil wegen Corona nicht so viel los war wie sonst.
Lage: In einer Seitenstraße der Haupteinkaufs- und Restaurantmeile, daher v.a. samstags abends laut bis ca. 12 Uhr. Weil Wohnung im 3. Stock ist das aber nicht so schlimm.
Man ist in wenigen Minuten (!) an der Strandpromenade und hat alle Geschäfte und Restaurants, die man braucht, direkt vor den Füßen. Das war mit Teenagern super. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und für Ruhebedürftige nicht geeignet.
